If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. ax12 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
To create an account on ax12, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on the ax12 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposit and withdrawal limits and processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. In the case of any suspicious or fraudulent transaction, ax12 reserves the right to hold funds until the investigation is complete. Records of all transactions are kept for review after they are finalized.
Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the system on the ax12 platform is strictly prohibited. Accessing the platform or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to harass, insult, or harm other users will result in account termination. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities is a criminal offense, and ax12 is obligated to report such activities to the relevant authorities. Any attempt to exploit a technical glitch or bug on the platform will result in the cancellation of the associated winnings.
Ax12 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances. Violation of any clause in these terms, providing false information, fraudulent activity, or illegal use may result in account closure. If an account is closed, the process of returning any valid balance will begin after the investigation is complete. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Self-exclusion and limit-setting options are also available under the responsible gaming policy.
Any dispute between ax12 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. ax12's liability for losses caused by technical errors on the platform, server outages, or third-party service failures is limited. Any complaints regarding betting results must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident. ax12's decision shall be considered final, though users retain the right to pursue applicable legal remedies. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
